I don't have a cookie cutter approach to teaching. I first discover the personalities and learning styles of new students to shape my approach in teaching them. All of my students learn aspects of Technique, Reading and Musicianship and discover their own abilities of Creativity and Performance.

Whether I'm teaching my students at the University of Minnesota, or someone who is just beginning, it's most important to me that people learn they can accomplish new things and use that motivation in other areas of their life.
